Your child’s teacher may assign books by assigning them to the classroom, group, or to the individual student and setting a due date. Once assigned, the book(s) will show up in the Assigned Books tab on your child's dashboard. The Assigned Books tab will show a visual indicator: a star with the number of currently assigned books in the top left corner.
When a student has completed an assigned book and marked it as read, that book will move to the student’s Book Bag, which will also show the star indicator. Please encourage your child to reread those books that have made it to their Book Bag. Once your child has read the book three additional times (and marked it as read each time), the book will then move from the Book Bag to your child’s individual Bookshelf.
